What is included?

Charging options

Manufacturer-listed AC charging takes approximately two hours under its stated conditions. Solar input supports up to 650W, 12–80V and 8.5A maximum through XT60 or Anderson Powerpole. These are input limits, not guaranteed charging rates.

Common questions

Will it run my equipment?

Check the running watts of all devices used together and each device’s startup demand against the output ratings. Watt-hours describe stored energy; watts describe power output. Neither alone establishes appliance compatibility.

How long will a charge last?

Runtime depends on your connected load, conversion losses and operating conditions. The 2,016Wh rating is not a promise of a fixed number of hours.

Can I use a solar panel I already own?

Check open-circuit voltage, current, polarity, connectors and cables against the manufacturer’s input limits. A matching plug alone does not prove compatibility. Read the Solar Compatibility Checklist.

Does this include home-circuit installation?

No. Solar panels, transfer-switch equipment and installation are not included. Home-circuit connections require suitable equipment and qualified installation. Never connect the unit to household wiring through a wall outlet.

The manufacturer lists a five-year limited warranty, subject to its coverage terms.

Before ordering

When will it ship, and what will shipping cost?

Dark Energy normally dispatches available orders within 1–2 business days after accepting the order. Dispatch is not delivery time. This offer ships directly from the supplier to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Washington, DC, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military and international destinations are excluded. Shipping is calculated for your destination at checkout; it is not included in the product price. Other suppliers’ items may ship separately and have separate charges. We do not accept backorders.

What are the returns and warranty terms?

Request an unused return from Survival Preppers Market within 30 days of delivery. The unit must be complete and in its original packaging with all accessories. Obtain authorization and shipping instructions before sending it. You pay change-of-mind return shipping; the original outbound shipping charge is not refundable. We charge no restocking fee for an eligible unused return and refund the product price paid and applicable refundable tax to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. For arrival damage, defects or a wrong item, contact us promptly; SPM covers approved shipping needed to correct the issue. Dark Energy provides a five-year limited manufacturer warranty, subject to its coverage and exclusions. Warranty claims may result in troubleshooting, repair or replacement rather than a cash refund. Choose the right kind of package

• This listing: a power station with its listed charging cables. It does not include a solar panel or expansion battery.
• A solar package: adds a compatible panel and required connections for recharging in suitable sunlight. Panel wattage is not stored battery capacity.
• An expanded-battery package: can add stored energy when supported by the manufacturer; it does not automatically increase AC output.
