Does it heat or purify water?
No. Fill it with suitable clean water before use. The tank holds water and provides a rinse; it does not heat, filter or disinfect it.
What is included?
The black portable shower tank, pump, hose, shower gun and cover. A storage box, hands-free mount and privacy enclosure are not included.
Need a different kind of water solution?
A rinse tank, drinking-water storage and a water purifier serve different jobs. Ask Jason which setup fits your intended use before buying.
Shipping
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship this item to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations. Orders that also contain EcoGear items arrive in separate shipments; EcoGear’s $7 shipping charge applies where its products are eligible. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
BeachBox returns and warranty
Request a return within 21 days of delivery by contacting jason@jfrdigital.com with your order number. Wait for authorization before shipping the item back.
Change-of-mind returns must be unused, complete and ready for resale. You pay return shipping. Qualifying resalable returns receive the product-price refund less the return-label cost; the original included outbound shipping is not deducted. A 25% restocking or repair deduction may apply if a returned item is damaged or cannot be resold. Refunds go to the original payment method after the return is received and accepted.
Contact us first for arrival damage, a wrong item or a possible covered defect. BeachBox offers a 12-month parts warranty and may resolve an issue through troubleshooting, replacement parts or an authorized return. Approved warranty return shipping is covered, with no warranty restocking fee. This parts warranty does not promise a cash refund for every defect.
